Days Until: Countdown is a simple Apple-platform app for tracking what is coming up and how much time is left. If something is not working, here is the fastest path.
What to include in a support email
- The name Days Until: Countdown.
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The version of Days Until: Countdown you are using.

- Steps to reproduce the issue, if you know them.

Frequently asked questions
Where are my countdowns stored?
Days Until: Countdown stores your countdowns locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not send your countdown titles, notes, due dates, categories, colors, manual order, or completed items to us.
Can you recover a countdown I deleted?
No. Deleted countdowns are permanently removed from the app. Days Until: Countdown asks for confirmation before deleting to help prevent accidental loss.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app may delete countdowns stored locally on your device. If your device backup settings include app data, Apple or your device provider may handle backup and restore according to your settings. We do not control device backups.
How are date-only deadlines handled?
If you choose a due date without a due time, Days Until: Countdown treats the item as due at the end of that local calendar day. This keeps a date like "due Friday" from becoming overdue on Friday morning.
Can I reorder countdowns?
Yes. Use Edit mode in the main list to manually arrange active countdowns. The order is saved locally and should remain after relaunching the app.
What happens when I mark a countdown complete?
Completed countdowns leave the active list and can be viewed in the Completed sheet. You can restore completed items or delete them permanently.
Does Days Until: Countdown send alerts or notifications?
The current version focuses on the visible countdown list and does not require notification permission.
How much does Days Until: Countdown cost?
Days Until: Countdown may be downloaded from the App Store and includes annual and monthly subscriptions for app access and countdown management. The App Store controls the final price shown for your country or region.
How do refunds work?
Refund requests for App Store purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Use Apple's report-a-problem or App Store purchase support process for refund questions.
Can I redownload the app?
Redownloads are handled by Apple through the Apple Account used for the original App Store purchase, subject to Apple's rules, compatibility, and availability.

Days Until: Countdown is a convenience tool. For important legal, financial, medical, tax, academic, travel, safety, or other high-stakes deadlines, verify dates with the official source. Do not rely on Days Until: Countdown as your only system for critical deadlines.
