Effective date: April 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mySource (the "app"), provided by Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
mySource is a personal web page saving tool. It allows you to turn web pages into PageCards. A PageCard may include the original URL, page title, domain, saved date, optional note, readable saved copy, PDF snapshot, and capture status.
The app can save pages from inside the app or through the Safari share sheet and other supported share flows. Saved PageCards are stored locally on your device and in the app's local shared container so the main app and share extension can access them.
mySource offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription called mySource Unlimited. The subscription unlocks unlimited PageCard creation. Users may create a limited number of free PageCards before a subscription is required.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the listed monthly price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
All subscription billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds for past periods are governed by Apple's refund policy, not by us.
mySource lets you save web pages that you choose. You are responsible for the pages you save and for complying with any applicable laws, website terms, copyright restrictions, or other rights that may apply to that content.
mySource does not grant you ownership of third-party web content. A saved PageCard is for your personal use. You should not use the app to copy, distribute, publish, or exploit third-party content in a way that violates the rights of others or the terms of the website from which the content came.
mySource attempts to create a readable saved copy and PDF snapshot when available, but it does not guarantee that every web page can be captured perfectly or at all. Some pages may block capture, require a login, rely on scripts, change over time, load incompletely, or fail to generate a readable copy or PDF snapshot.
If capture is incomplete or unavailable, the app may still save the original URL, saved date, optional note, and other available source information. Capture status is provided for convenience and may not reflect every possible limitation of the saved page.
mySource is a personal saving and reference tool. It is not a legal archiving service, public records preservation service, citation management service, backup service, notarization service, or proof-of-authenticity service.
The app does not verify that a saved page is true, complete, unchanged, legally admissible, or authoritative. It does not guarantee that a saved PDF snapshot or readable copy will satisfy legal, academic, regulatory, evidentiary, or professional requirements.
You are responsible for the URLs you save, the notes you write, and how you use saved PageCards. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app, and not to use the app in a way that violates Apple's App Store terms or the rights of others.
mySource stores your PageCards locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or remote databases for your saved PageCards.
If you delete the app, your local mySource data may be deleted with it. You are responsible for backing up your device and for exporting or preserving any PageCards or PDF snapshots you want to keep outside the app.
The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Myworkingmemory LLC. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the app or any part of it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every website, or that any data stored on your device will be preserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myworkingmemory LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of saved PageCards, inability to access saved content, or failure to capture a web page.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
